UGREEN Nexode 45W 2-Port USB-C Charger
A small, well reviewed two port charger for phones and tablets, less suited to laptops.
We bought 45W Dual-Port USB-C Fast Charger Block with 60W C-to-C Cables (iPhone 15/16/17). It's no longer documented anywhere, so this page reviews the closest well-covered match. It is a well reviewed 45W dual USB-C charger from a major brand, and UGREEN also sells it bundled with two 60W USB-C cables like the original.
The short version
- Couples or families charging two iPhones from one outlet
- Travelers who want one small block for a phone and a tablet
- iPad and MacBook Air owners who want a light backup charger
- You need full speed on two devices at the same time
- Your main device is a larger laptop that needs 65W or more
- You need a charger for outlets outside North America
What owners like
- Very small for a 45W, two port charger
- Charges two phones at once at speeds similar to two Apple 20W adapters
- Clean matte finish and folding prongs
Common complaints
- 45W total is the ceiling, so it is slow for larger laptops
- North American plug only, with no travel adapters
- The charger alone ships without a cable; the cable bundle is a separate listing
Based on Reviews from 9to5Mac and The Gadgeteer, UGREEN's product page and the Amazon listings for the charger and the cable bundle..

What it does
A small GaN wall charger with two USB-C ports that gives 45W from one port or splits power across two, with a folding plug and PD and PPS fast charging.
- Two USB-C ports that share 45W
- Full 45W from a single port for a tablet or thin laptop
- GaN parts, which UGREEN says make it 36% smaller than other 45W chargers
- Folding prongs for travel
- Protection against overheating, overcharging and over voltage, per UGREEN
A strong pick if you want one compact block to charge two iPhones, or a phone and an iPad, at the same time. The trade-off is that 45W is shared, so with two devices plugged in each gets roughly half, and a laptop will charge slowly.

Questions
How does the UGREEN 45W split power between two ports?
One port alone gives up to 45W. With both in use, 9to5Mac measured a split of about 25W and 20W.
Does it come with a cable?
9to5Mac's review unit did not. UGREEN sells a separate bundle with two 60W USB-C cables.
Is it good for iPhone 15, 16 and 17?
Yes. Both ports use USB-C PD, and the Amazon listing names current iPhones among compatible devices.
Can it charge a MacBook Air?
Yes, UGREEN lists MacBooks as compatible, but at 45W it charges more slowly than a higher wattage adapter.
