What it does

A steel bracket that replaces the stand on HP Pavilion cw and xw monitors so they can go on a VESA 75 or 100 arm or wall mount; reviewed here in place of the HumanCentric adapter it resembles.

Clips into the slot left when the original HP stand is removed
Gives a standard VESA 75 or 100 pattern for arms, stands and wall mounts
All steel construction
Low profile, quick attach design
VIVO posts an assembly manual and video

A sensible pick if you own a supported HP Pavilion cw or xw monitor, which has no VESA holes, and want to put it on a monitor arm. The trade-offs are a fixed list of models, which in VIVO's own listing leaves out the 27xw, and very little readable owner feedback.

VIVO's product page does not list the 27xw. The HumanCentric adapter does.

How do you install it?

Remove the original base, snap the bracket into place, then attach it to the VESA mount with the included thumb bolts.

What VESA sizes does it support?

75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm.
